We can track the status of an order throughout the process in real time. From the store, data transmitted via the I-D Pad is received by the Order Desk and immediately forwarded to the warehouse.
From there, products are selected, validated and prepared for shipment. Our route planning optimizes the speed of deliveries across the country, shortening delays.

In-Store Customized Orders
Our representatives work with you, in-store, offering a personalized service tailored to your specific needs. The orders are taken and sent using the wireless I-D Pad (live data transfering).

We validate and compare the ordered items in inventory with the original order. Our reporting system allows us to track any product listing anywhere in Canada in real time.
