I-D Engine: The Product Manager is the strategic point between the Manufacturer and the Canadian market. They work closely with suppliers to devise a strategy to increase sales and profits and to develop brand notoriety.

Product Manager: Benefiting from the Key Account Manager's expertise, the Product Manager can craft powerful tools that in turn allow the Key Account Manager to introduce products to large Chains
Product Manager
Sales Rep.: The Product Manager develops and provides the Sales Force effective tools to maximize results in-store. The Representative's role is to apply the strategies outlined by the Product Manager while maintaining close contact with them to ensure ever-improving performance.
Key Account Manager
Sales Rep.: The relationship between the Key Account Manager and the Sales Reps is essential to make sure the decisions made by a Chain's Board of Directors are applied in-store. Given the Sales Reps' regular presence there, the role of execution falls to them. The Sales Rep's feedback is essential when negotiating with the Board.

Stores: I-D Foods has a strong presence in the retail industry across Canada thanks to a large Sales Force that maintain excellent ties with the Chains and visit every store on a regular basis.
