Key Account Associate

Etobicoke, Ontario


The Key Account Associate will work closely with the Key Account Managers to ensure the smooth operations of the Sales department. He or she produces various reports, responds to requests, compiles sales materials, and performs other related duties.


  • Provide a high level of administrative support to the Key Account Managers
  • Management, follow-up and filing of various files and projects
  • Data collection and entry
  • Compile and produce sales / distribution / budget reports
  • Create and provide communication for the field sales teams
  • Work within the various customer portals for analytics and date entry
  • Prepare various monthly reports (Excel)
  • Update presentations (PowerPoint) and corporate documents
  • Perform preliminary performance analysis (sales results, budget, distribution, etc.)
  • Create presentations on various promotions for the KAM force
  • Prepare communications related to products, promotions, objectives, etc.)
  • Manage and distribute promotional material for the KAM force
  • Coordinate and follow up on in-store demonstration programs
  • Monitor display inventories in relation to sales forecasts
  • Provide support to the KAM force (questions, follow-ups, etc.)
  • Coordination of sales meetings (agenda, summary, organizational support)
  • Ensure clear and concise communication with KAM
  • Work in conjunction with the marketing department and operations
  • Perform other duties as required by the sales department


  • College degree in administration or equivalent


  • 2 years experience in retail & customer portal such as retail link (Wal Mart) and top-shelf (LCL)
  • In-depth knowledge of MS-Office and proficiency Excel & PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Excellent communicator both in written and oral
  • Excellent organizational skills - ability to systematically manage work despite frequent interruptions caused by requests
